About Sibusiso mogale

I'm Sibusiso R Mogale, born with a disability called Phocamelia in Mpumalanga, Mbombela/Nelspruit. My business journey started 2014 in a backyard and now currently I'm leasing land from government. We currently have 2 permanent workers and 3 contracted workers.

We have planted Spinach, Green peppers and Tomatoes. The biggest challenge is lack of transportation, tools and equipment to properly operate the farm to its fullest potential and that way we can employ more people.

The help we give to vulnerable unemployed families via Kasi Women Parliament is to donate fresh vegetable parcels and offer some training skills.
